I found Jess’s profile on one of the big name tutoring websites. There are so many tutors online it’s hard to know who to choose but Jess’ profile stood out because of her considerable practical teaching experience in schools across the core subjects. Having made contact, Jess took the time to have an in depth phone call with me to discuss our needs and what she could offer. I was immediately impressed with Jess’s professionalism but also her very bubbly personality. It was obvious Jess enjoys her work and really knows what she is doing. We started lessons nearly a year ago now and it has been absolutely superb. I was a bit hesitant about having remote lessons but Jess makes that work so well, and it is so convenient for us. Jess has a fantastic ability to engage our son and has a way of fitting in things he does not like doing around things he does to maintain his interest. Since we started the lessons with Jess our son has jumped forwards academically moving up a level in several key areas which is amazing. Our son loves the lessons (we now have two a week) and we love Jess. I am so pleased we found Jess and could not recommend her highly enough.
